Dubai South is a long game: airport, logistics, Expo District, residential that is still filling. Metro to Expo helps. The rest of Dubai is a train plus another train.
Makes sense if you work on site or at DWC. A DIFC job from here is a statement, not a plan. Etihad Rail’s Dubai station (Al Yalayis) is scheduled 30 September 2026 — national rail, not a metro hop.
