The Springs is Emirates Living’s workhorse: 2–4 bed townhouses, souks, a lake you will walk at 18:30. Closer to Marina / DIC than Arabian Ranches, which is the whole point.
Entry rent is a townhouse, not a studio. Fine if the package includes housing or a mid-senior basic. A solo newcomer does not need this postcode.
Clusters 1–14 are not the same drive to Al Khail. Check the gate you will actually use.
