DMCC for trading houses that need a bank to nod. DIFC for finance. JAFZA for the port. IFZA and Meydan when the entry price matters. TECOM when the campus is the point.

Match the work to the authority. Commodities and a compliance desk: DMCC in JLT. Containers: JAFZA. Airport freight: DAFZA. Funds and law: DIFC. Software on a campus: Internet City. A first consultancy: IFZA or Meydan, knowing the letterhead carries less weight with some banks.
Cheap packages sell one visa and a flexi desk. Count humans, including yourself. Year-two renewal is the number to ask for. Crypto, clinics, schools, and travel each have a second regulator on top of the zone.
