From Iran: apply for the visit — there is no on-arrival
Ordinary Iranian passports are not visa-free and not on ICP’s June 2026 on-arrival list. The job is still the employer’s filing.

Iran is not on the visa-free list and not among the nationalities ICP added on 25 June 2026 (those are India plus Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Kenya, South Africa — and only with a third-country residence permit). Arrange a visit visa through the airline, a hotel, ICP or GDRFA before you travel.
Dubai already has a long-standing Iranian community on proper company or investor residence. That is paperwork, not a Telegram stamp. Do not pay a fixer in Tehran or Dubai who wants cash for a ‘free visa’. The sponsor name on the entry has to match the employer.
A visit is interviews and family. Work starts after medical and Emirates ID. Overstay is AED 50 a day. Confirm on ICP / u.ae. Full table: visa by nationality.
