From South Korea: 90-day visit, and your residence unlocks others
A Korean passport is visa-free for a visit. A Korean residence permit is also one of the keys for Indian, Filipino and Kenyan on-arrival (ICP, 25 June 2026).

- Korean residence counts for the June 2026 on-arrival nationalities
South Korean passports are on the 90-day visa-free visit list. You still need the employer to file if you are moving, not touring. Medical and Emirates ID follow the job, not the landing stamp.
Separately: a valid Korean residence permit is one of the qualifying permits ICP listed on 25 June 2026. That helps Indian, Filipino, Kenyan, South African, Indonesian, Thai and Vietnamese nationals — not the Korean passport holder’s own work visa.
Korean groceries and churches exist; they do not replace rent maths. Confirm ICP before you book. Full table: visa by nationality.
Practical notes, not official law. Confirm on ICP, MOHRE, RTA, KHDA and your employer before you act.
