Winter is the season you see on Instagram. Summer is 40°C+ with humidity that makes 32° feel worse. From June to September, walk metro-to-mall. Outdoor labour has midday pauses by law.
Move in September if the job starts now — just do not judge the city by the walk from the taxi to the lobby. If you can pick a start date, November to February is kinder for house-hunting on foot.
