Dubai South is the long game south of Jebel Ali: Al Maktoum airport, logistics, Expo City, and the Etihad Rail passenger station at Al Yalayis (scheduled 30 September 2026). Companies that need land more than a tower go here.

It is not a downtown address. Staff will want a car. That is not a criticism — it is the point of the master plan.

Dubai South, Dubai CommerCity, and JAFZA are neighbours with different authorities. Do not mix their invoices.
