Who can drive in Dubai — licence by country

On a visit: UK, US, GCC, most of Europe, Australia — home licence (carry IDP if it is not in English or Arabic). India, Pakistan, Philippines, Nigeria, Bangladesh — original licence + IDP from home.

  • You cannot buy an IDP in Dubai as a tourist.
