Freelance is a product you buy
Not a loophole. A permit from a free zone, with fees, and you still cannot ‘just invoice’ anyone.
Several free zones sell freelance permits. You pay, you get a visa path, you invoice under their rules. It is not cheaper than a job for most people, and banks still ask questions.
Do not confuse it with doing bits of work on a visit visa. If a client wants you full-time, a proper employment contract is usually cleaner for both of you.
