- This is the board most HR teams actually open for office, IT, finance, marketing and many hotel roles.
- Then apply on the company’s own careers page if they have one — Emirates, flydubai, DP World, Emirates NBD, Emaar, Jumeirah, Careem, noon.
- The company files the work visa.
- Indeed UAE is fine to search.
- Gulf boards: Bayt, GulfTalent, Naukrigulf.
- Dubizzle is classifieds.
- From abroad a video interview is normal.
- A real offer names basic salary, housing, tickets, medical and who files the visa. ‘Pay us for the work permit’ is a scam.

Connections matter
- A LinkedIn intro is how many office CVs get opened.
- Connect with people who do your job in Dubai. One short note. Ask for a referral — not a visa.
- Still click Apply. The company files the work permit.
- Meetups and GITEX help. Paying someone to “introduce you” does not.
