Ramadan changes the clock
Shorter public-sector hours, quieter days, late nights, iftar traffic.
Many offices shorten the day. Restaurants hide the daytime menu or serve in screened rooms. Eating, drinking and smoking in public during the fast is disrespectful and can be a legal problem.
Iftar is a traffic event. Metro is useful. If you do not fast, you still live in a fasting city for a month — plan workouts before sunrise or late, and do not complain about the buffet price to people who have been waiting all day.
Practical notes, not official law. Confirm on ICP, MOHRE, RTA, KHDA and your employer before you act.
