A short letter from the person who built this guide after finding every step the hard way.
I did not have an uncle in HR. I did not have a group chat that already knew Ejari. I had a hard stretch, a passport, and a lot of wrong WhatsApp advice.
So I wrote the map I needed: a real company files the visa, rent has to fit the salary, and nobody here should pay a stranger for a work permit.
- Start on LinkedIn. Set location to Dubai. Ask for a referral, not a visa.
- Apply on the company website. Emirates, hospitals, hotels — their careers page.
- If the leftover after rent is too thin, wait for a better offer.
- Talk to a human on this site if you are stuck. The form is private.
