Dubai property expo 2026: IPS & AIM Congress 7–9 Sep

From Monday 7 to Wednesday 9 September 2026, Dubai World Trade Centre is hosting two shows at once: the International Property Show (IPS) and AIM Congress. That is why hotels on Sheikh Zayed Road jumped last week, and why “Dubai property expo” will be typed into Google all over the world for the next three days.

What IPS is

IPS is the 22nd International Property Show. Dubai Land Department is a strategic partner. DWTC lists it as trade only. Halls 4–8. Typical hours around 10:00–18:00. Register on the official IPS site (ipscongress.com), not a WhatsApp PDF.

• Developers on the 2026 floor include names such as Azizi, Binghatti, Danube, Fakhruddin Properties, SanZen and Union Properties (organiser briefings).
• Five themes: real estate, future cities, proptech, design, services.
• Last editions drew tens of thousands of visitors. Organisers talk about 30,000+ this year. Treat that as a crowd, not a promise of cheap flats.

What AIM Congress is

AIM Congress is in its 15th year. Same three days, same campus. Theme: new investment pathways. It is for funds, governments and companies — not a public funfair. Register on aimcongress.com.

• UAE foreign investment in 2025 was reported at AED 177.3 billion, 9th in the world (UNCTAD World Investment Report 2026).
• A congress badge is not a work visa, not a Golden Visa, and not a company licence.

How to get there

• Metro: Red Line, World Trade Centre station.
• Hotels next door are expensive this week. Sleep in JLT, Barsha or Business Bay and ride in.
• Taxis on Sheikh Zayed Road will be slower. Budget extra time.
